The role emphasizes testing, data collection, Form 5500 work, and staying current on regulatory developments, requiring 3+ years of DC plan experience and a credential such as ASPPA/NIPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• 3+ years of defined contribution plan administration experience.
• Credential: ASPPA, NIPA, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with FT William Modular Admin/Compliance Software.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), 414(s)) for 80–100 plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify value opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of DC plan administration from data collection to SAR preparation.
• Maintain thorough understanding of plan documents and provisions.
• Stay current on legislative and regulatory developments for DC plans.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to support workflow.
• Utilize Teamwork and FT William Modular Admin/Compliance software for daily tasks.

About the Role

This hybrid position (roughly 95% remote, with occasional on‑site visits) focuses on the administration and compliance side of Defined Contribution plans while serving as a trusted resource for clients navigating their retirement plan needs.

What You'll Do

• Perform nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), 414(s), and more) for a caseload of 80–100 qualified plans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value
• Manage all aspects of DC plan administration — from data collection and testing through valuation and Form 5500/5500-SF and SAR preparation
• Maintain a thorough understanding of plan documents and their provisions
• Stay current on legislative and regulatory developments affecting DC plans
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and colleagues, supporting team workflow
• Use Teamwork and FT William Modular Admin/Compliance software to manage day‑to‑day work, along with other tools as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience may substitute)
• 3+ years of defined contribution plan administration experience
• Proficiency with FT William Modular Admin/Compliance Software
• Demonstrated skill in ADP/ACP, 410(b), 414(s), Top Heavy, and other nondiscrimination testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record in client relations
• ASPPA, NIPA, or equivalent credential
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
