Job summary

Navia is seeking a Compliance Consultant to act as the primary compliance relationship lead for a portfolio of retirement plan clients. You will deliver proactive, consultative guidance while overseeing the execution of compliance services.

This role is client-facing, relationship-focused, and requires deep retirement plan compliance expertise with strong organizational skills. You will coordinate with Compliance Associates and support teams to ensure deadlines, accuracy, and proactive guidance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan administration or compliance consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for qualified plans.
• Demonstrated expertise in compliance operations: testing, Form 5500, audits, design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance relationship contact for an assigned book of retirement plan clients.
• Provide proactive, consultative guidance on plan operations, compliance matters, and design considerations.
• Coordinate and oversee compliance services performed by teams; monitor deadlines and deliverables.
