Qualifications

• Associates degree and 5+ years related experience.
• ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation required.
• Ability to read and interpret retirement documents and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex compliance tests and year end packages.
• Prepare and publish Form 5500, Form 5330, and 8955-SSA.
• Maintain knowledge of complex plan types and assist with testing.
• Research and resolve testing and 5500 issues; mentor team members.
• Prepare asset reconciliations and plan documents as needed.
• Assist with allocations and corrective calculations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
