Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Manager III to nurture and expand relationships with retirement plan clients. You will be the direct contact for plan sponsors, manage day-to-day administration, troubleshoot issues, and ensure delivery of high-quality service and client satisfaction.

The role involves maintaining records in the ADP CRM system, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting plan design discussions. Hybrid work arrangement is available for this senior-level position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct retirement plan client management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and support products and services with plan sponsors.
• Assist clients with plan changes and ensure project plans are followed to completion.
• Escalate critical client issues to appropriate parties when needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day recordkeeping matters and provide prompt service.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and visits in the ADP CRM system.
• Mentor new associates with constructive feedback and handle escalated calls.
• Coordinate and review plan changes and acquisitions with management.
