Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Manager I to develop and maintain strong relationships with retirement plan clients. You will serve as the primary contact for day-to-day recordkeeping and plan education, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

This hybrid role requires effective communication, timely problem solving, and proactive client engagement, with ongoing product and regulatory knowledge development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in education and experience.
• Up to 1 year of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and/or support products and services, and plan design with plan sponsors; assist clients with requests for plan changes and ensure projects are completed.
• Alerts management and other appropriate parties of critical client issues where appropriate.
• Maintain a basic understanding of investments in each retirement plan and act as a liaison for client questions.
• Assess, recommend and/or create client education programs and schedule workshops with the plan sponsor.
• Conduct and/or support Annual Plan Reviews for plans with assets >$10m.
