Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to deliver in-person and virtual presentations that explain plan features and help grow plan assets.

You will educate sponsors and employees, participate in enrollment meetings, and support financial literacy initiatives within a healthcare, education, and nonprofit client base. This role requires strong presentation skills, relevant licenses, and a willingness to travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations in person or via video to explain plan features and grow assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel may be required based on territory for new enrollments.
