CPS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to manage a portfolio of complex retirement plans, including 401(k) and profit-sharing, in a 100% remote role.

The position requires 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience, expertise with ERISA/IRS/DOL regulations, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Salary up to $100,000 plus outstanding benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Strong experience administering complex qualified retirement plans.
• Experience with advanced plan designs, compliance testing, and Form 5500 preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• FTW experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and provide proactive guidance and service.
• Mentor junior administrators and assist with technical questions.

What You’ll Do

• Administer a portfolio of complex 401(k), profit-sharing, and other qualified retirement plans from A-Z.
• Perform annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and Form 5500 preparation.
• Work with advanced plan designs, including New Comparability/Cross-Tested plans, custom allocation formulas, and corrective compliance work.
• Interpret plan documents and ensure compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive guidance and exceptional service.
• Mentor junior administrators and assist with technical questions as needed.
