Qualifications

• 6+ years of applicable experience in retirement plan administration.
• QKA or CPA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Review census information imports and asset information for annual testing.
• Perform ERISA research relating to employee benefit plans.
• Share knowledge and train less experienced staff.

Skills

Experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs)

Strong technical knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations

Ability to articulate complex benefit information

Experience with compliance testing

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
