Job summary

Strongpoint Partners, in partnership with Retirement Strategies Group (RSG), seeks a Retirement Plan Administrator to support a caseload of 401(k) and related plans. This fully remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States, with preferred hybrid availability for candidates near New Orleans.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of A-Z retirement plan administration, strong ADP/ACP knowledge, and proficiency with Relius ASP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of A-Z retirement plan administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) testing.
• ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred.
• Experience with Relius ASP software strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong math and/or accounting skills.
• Strong initiative, integrity, self-motivation, and results orientation.
• Ability to organize, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• MS Office experience, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of 401(k) and cross-tested plans.
• Perform plan ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) testing.
• Maintain industry knowledge and share updates with the team.
• Utilize Relius ASP and other tech to maximize efficiencies.
• Review and recommend plan design changes to clients.
• Coordinate year-end valuation and 5500 filings.
• Read and interpret plan documents; import census data.
• Perform asset reconciliation and trust accounting.
• Handle loan, hardship, and distribution applications.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
