SRS Distribution is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to lead health and retirement benefits strategy from McKinney, TX. You will drive program design, vendor relations, and compliance while partnering with Finance and Payroll to align budgets and disclosures.

The role emphasizes 401(k) administration, open enrollment materials, and continuous program improvement, with a focus on cost control and employee communication.

Formación

• Experience designing and managing health and retirement programs.
• Strong vendor management and invoicing oversight.
• Experience with federal/state benefits regulations (ACA/ERISA/COBRA).
• Ability to analyze plan performance and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for US retirement programs.
• Design enrollment materials and conduct employee trainings.
• Oversee 401(k) funding, testing, 5500s, and audits.
• Monitor costs, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controllership and Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and reporting.
