Job summary

Premier Medical Resources, a healthcare management company headquartered in Northwest Houston, Texas, is seeking a full-time Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefit and retirement programs and to serve as the main resource for eligibility, enrollment, and plan provisions.

The role supports open enrollment, ACA reporting, audits, vendor coordination, leave administration, payroll coordination, and benefit communications, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-department

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical, dental, vision and 401(k) plans.
• Familiarity with FMLA, ACA, COBRA and ERISA.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Excel and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life and disability.
• Manage 401(k) plan enrollments, audits and reporting.
• Process enrollments, changes and terminations with deadlines.
• Serve as primary contact for eligibility and enrollment questions.
• Coordinate with carriers and payroll; support open enrollment.
• Prepare regulatory filings and benefits reporting.
• Maintain benefit records and vendor communications.
• Assist with leave administration and payroll coordination.
