This senior leader will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and executing comprehensive health and retirement programs, ensuring compliance and managing vendors while aligning total rewards with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of relevant benefits experience, particularly within the healthcare sector, along with a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.

This position includes a bonus eligibility of 20–30%, and no visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing benefits programs, including design, implementation, and compliance.
• Direct experience within a healthcare environment.
• Expert knowledge of retirement plans and health & welfare programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, implementation, and administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Own vendor relationships and manage contract performance.
