Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Retirement Benefits Specialist to manage advanced retirement plan administration and support MEP/PEP conversions. You will partner with retirement vendors to ensure compliance and timely responses to audit requests.

You will also help develop procedures, mentor colleagues, and support client inquiries while coordinating with payroll and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and DOL retirement plan rules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and payroll software.
• Experience with 5500 audits and MEP/PEP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative support for client-sponsored retirement plans.
• Assist with annual Form 5500 audits and vendor coordination.
• Create and refine process documents for 401(k) plan processes.
• Support MEP/PEP conversions and plan enhancement projects.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical guidance.
