Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in retirement benefits or related field.
• Strong knowledge of defined contribution plans, ERISA, IRS rules, fiduciary, governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading retirement plan operations, governance, compliance, vendor management, audits, internal controls, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills with data validation, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting; familiarity with HRIS, payroll interfaces, retirement recordkeeping platforms, BI or dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retirement plan administration and governance; establish objectives and performance expectations.
• Own relationships with recordkeepers, trustees, actuaries and consultants; enforce service-level commitments and vendor performance.
• Manage compliance activities including nondiscrimination testing, contribution limits, filings, audits, and data collection.
• Develop and execute employee financial wellbeing and retirement readiness strategies with education and communications.
• Direct analysis of plan data to identify trends and recommend actions; present outcomes to leadership.
