Qualifications

• 4+ years in retirement benefits or related field with leadership of complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of defined contribution plans, ERISA and related compliance.
• Experience developing retirement readiness strategies with integrated communications and education.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retirement plan administration and governance.
• Manage relationships with recordkeepers, trustees, actuaries, consultants, and other partners; evaluate performance and fees.
• Oversee compliance, nondiscrimination testing, filings, notices, audits, and data collection.
• Develop and monitor financial wellbeing programs and vendor solutions.
• Create quarterly dashboards and scorecards; present trends and actions to leadership.
• Identify trends from plan and payroll data; translate into strategic recommendations.
