Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate studies in related field, insurance, business, marketing.
• Licensure: FINRA Series 6/63/65 or Series 7/66 Life & Health license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts seminars for participants within an assigned territory.
• Supports Program Director in territory planning and development activities.
• Provides counseling on defined contribution retirement plans to drive sales and enrollment.
• Develops relationships with key contacts to expand plan products and services.
• Trains and leads Retirement Specialists; acts as point of contact for inquiries.
