24 Seven Talent is seeking a strategic, hands-on Retention Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle strategy for a growing consumer brand. You’ll own the CRM and retention roadmap across email, SMS, loyalty, post-purchase, and customer engagement—driving repeat purchase, lifetime value, and long-term brand loyalty.

You’ll build customer segmentation, personalization, automation, and testing roadmaps; optimize welcome, conversion, and win-back journeys; and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or ecommerce marketing within a consumer or DTC brand.
• Strong expertise in email, SMS, automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or comparable CRM and ecommerce platforms.
