Vego Garden is hiring a Senior Retention Marketing Manager, DTC & E-Commerce to drive retention across the customer lifecycle and grow existing revenue. You will lead advanced lifecycle programs and data-driven optimization to boost repeat purchases and long-term value.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to design personalized journeys, elevate post-purchase education, and build scalable retention engines using Klaviyo and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialized experience in retention and lifecycle marketing.
• Direct experience with a DTC consumer product brand.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of retention and lifecycle marketing teams.
• Track record of improving repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
• Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and cross-channel automation.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms, with automation and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills using cohort analysis and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retention strategy to grow repeat purchases and LTV.
• Own lifecycle programs across email, SMS, and promotions with automation.
• Segment audiences and tailor personalized journeys by lifecycle stage.
• Collaborate with Growth Director and cross-functional teams to align goals.
• Measure impact with cohorts, reports, and A/B experiments.
