VICI is seeking a Director of Retention Marketing & CRM to lead the customer journey across email, SMS, app & web push, and loyalty programs. You will mentor a team to drive onboarding, repeat purchases, winbacks, and loyalty performance while shaping growth strategies for active customers and churn reduction.

Collaboration with Ecommerce, Social, and Paid Media teams will optimize promotions and journeys; you will manage ESP, SMS platforms, and loyalty tech and report KPIs to senior leadership

Competenze

• 8+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience in lifecycle and retention marketing.
• Proven experience owning loyalty program strategy and performance.

Mansioni

• Own list growth, segmentation, and retention across email, SMS, app & web push, and loyalty.
• Build and manage A/B and multivariate testing across customer lifecycle and loyalty programs.
• Lead winback campaigns to reduce churn and recover revenue.
• Oversee end-to-end email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, deployment, and optimization.
• Increase purchase frequency and lifetime value through lifecycle campaigns.
