Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Workforce Management in the NY metro area. You will own the WFM platform (Legion), drive forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, and labor reporting, partnering with Technology, HR, Payroll, Finance, and field leadership to optimize store labor deployment.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, executive communication, and expert analytics to balance customer demand with payroll expense and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in workforce management, retail operations, labor planning, finance, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting a multi-unit retail or luxury brand.
• Demonstrated experience with labor modeling, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, productivity analysis, and payroll management.

Responsibilities

• Own WFM technology and forecasting for North America, including Legion.
• Lead seasonal planning, monthly forecasting, and in-period labor reforecasting with Finance and Field Leadership.
• Establish scheduling principles and operating standards aligned to customer demand and staffing needs.
• Develop scorecards and KPIs linking labor deployment to traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Present workforce strategies and risks to executives and field leadership.
