Job summary

Michael Kors (USA) Inc. seeks a senior leader to propel retail operations across online and store networks, shaping strategy, workforce planning and field performance. You will partner with IT and corporate teams to ensure efficient systems, real-time communications, and strong execution of real estate initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of in-store and/or retail operations experience, including field operations, workforce management and communications.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus presentation skills for senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the retail operations team by defining strategy and project plans.
• Drive omni-channel strategy to deliver a seamless online and store experience.
• Oversee store communications, processes, and evolving methods of communication.
• Manage retail workload planning across departments and channels.
• Lead workforce management to optimize scheduling, payroll forecasting and reporting.
• Partner with compensation to create strategic programs aligned with omni-channel growth.
• Collaborate with IT to support store systems and technology.
• Coordinate real estate initiatives including openings, expansions, relocations, and closures.
• Work with Learning and Development to enhance training and onboarding for customer experience.
