Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit management within specialty retail.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to drive incremental sales and inventory opportunities.
• Make timely business decisions and own both successes and opportunities.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to ensure field execution aligns with business objectives.
• Empower and develop store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead efforts in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining General/Store Managers.
• Evaluate performance and set SMART goals with accountability.
• Address performance issues proactively and collaborate with HR when needed.
• Utilize talent reviews to identify high-potential talent and growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture where employees feel safe expressing concerns.
• Balance time between stores with in-person and virtual presence based on needs.
