Michael Kors is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Workforce Management to lead the North America WFM function, owning Legion-based forecasting, scheduling, and reporting across stores. You will drive labor efficiency while balancing customer experience and profitability, partnering with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Technology.

You will develop scalable tools, lead UAT, and provide executive-ready insights with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in workforce management, retail operations, or analytics.
• Experience with labor modeling, forecasting, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Hands-on ownership of a workforce-management platform; Legion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own WFM technology, forecasting, scheduling, time & attendance, labor reporting, and integrations.
• Lead seasonal planning, budgeting, and in-period labor reforecasting with Finance and Field Leadership.
• Develop and communicate actionable workforce reports and scorecards to executives and field teams.
• Define governance for configuration, data integrity, and release validation; manage cross-functional initiatives.
