Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist General Manager in management and daily operation of the store, including operations and administration, sales, customer service, communication, marketing and merchandising.
• Ability to assume the responsibilities of the Operations Associate Manager in his/her absence.
• Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards; build motivated teams and develop associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on risk management, physical security, and store cash controls.
• Recruit staff in a timely manner; evaluate staff’s performance and provide feedback; train and develop staff.
• Conduct all new hire processing and payroll punches/reconciliation.
• Maintain back and front of house organization and cleanliness; manage store supplies and maintenance.
