Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Bowling Green, KY to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor and coach a team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive sales while upholding Burlington’s values of trust and integrity.

You will oversee day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service, manage staffing and payroll budget, and partner across store teams to deliver world-class shopping experiences. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store team including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Ensure store team fulfills responsibilities and follows company policies.
• Coordinate merchandising, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising managers.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving, transfers and RTVs to ensure accuracy.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses.
