Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant for North America. This remote, US-based role requires leading complex customer-facing transformation projects with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live, manage plans and risks, and collaborate with product and technical teams to turn fashion retail requirements into actionable solutions. A strong client-facing presence is essential for success.

Formación

• Deep hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• Record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment and customer presence to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience juggling competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort in a senior individual contributor role with regular travel.

A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

What you will do

• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.

What you bring

US-based location. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
