The Guitar Center Company is seeking a Sr. Sales Associate who thrives in a music-loving retail environment. You will engage customers, help them select gear, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, while sharing your passion for music with the team.

You will maintain deep product knowledge, build lasting relationships in the local music community, and contribute to merchandising, store operations, and leadership tasks as needed.
