Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired to explore their musical passions and find gear to bring their sound to life.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets with flair; upsell and cross-sell to complete musical setups.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of gear, from guitars to recording equipment, to help customers choose.
• Customer Relationship Building: Grow your fanbase and foster relationships within the local music community.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep displays organized, restock shelves, and maintain a vibrant store vibe.
• Store Support and Operations: Lead and mentor team members; assist with opening/closing duties as a keyholding member.
