Guitar Center is seeking a Sr. Sales Associate who thrives on music and sales leadership to energize customers on the shop floor. You will drive engagement, hit revenue targets, and share product knowledge to empower the team.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment to explore musical passions and help customers find gear.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed targets through upsell and cross-sell of instruments and accessories.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of gear from guitars to recording equipment.
• Customer Relationship Building: Grow a fanbase and foster relationships with local music community.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep displays fresh and organized to reflect a band-like store vibe.
• Store Support and Operations: Lead, mentor teammates, and cover opening/closing as needed.
