Job summary

Advantage-Solutions in the United States seeks a Sr Specialist Retail Operations to lead day-to-day planning for gondola resets, adjacency changes, and store-flow projects across divisions. You will coordinate labor sequencing, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to protect execution quality at scale.

You will coach Remodel Coordinators, drive best practices, and communicate field insights to retail leadership while managing a national perspective with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree
• Experience Requirements: 6-8 years in retail remodel/reset or field operations
• Travel: Some travel expected

Responsibilities

• Deploys into divisions with peak remodel volume to execute day-by-day planning, labor sequencing, and stakeholder coordination
• Oversees milestones (12-week GO/NO-GO, labor scheduling, pre-walks) to protect execution quality
• Bridges gaps between timelines, reset teams, and store readiness on high-complexity remodels
• Coaches division-based Remodel Coordinators and provides embedded training
• Acts as national feedback channel to leadership, identifying inefficiencies and scaling practices
• Tracks national KPIs on productivity, adherence, and disruption reduction
• Supports bench development by identifying and developing high-potential leaders
