You will coach and develop field coordinators, drive KPIs, and influence national practices.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in remodel/reset execution across gondola resets and store-flow projects.
• Operate autonomously across multiple, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong coaching and mentoring to develop division-based coordinators.
• Proficient with Excel and standard retail reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Step into busiest divisions and manage day-by-day planning and labor sequencing.
• Keep projects on track from GO/NO-GO through labor scheduling and pre-walks.
• Bridge coordination gaps between timelines, reset teams, and store readiness.
• Coach division Remodel Coordinators and provide embedded training during hiring/backfill periods.
• Serve as a national feedback channel to retail operations leadership and identify cross-divisional improvements.
• Track national KPIs on productivity, execution adherence, and disruption reduction.
