Advantage Solutions is seeking a Sr Specialist Retail Operations to lead remodel and field operations across multiple divisions. You will own day-to-day planning, labor sequencing, and coordination with store leadership to ensure successful gondola resets and store-readiness.

The role requires 6–8 years in retail remodel or field operations, strong coaching ability, and travel readiness. You will drive KPIs and mentor division coordinators in a dynamic, national environment.

Qualificações

• 6-8 years experience in retail remodel/reset execution or field retail operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor field teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfort with Excel and standard retail reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy into divisions during peak remodel volume and manage day-by-day planning and labor sequencing.
• Ensure adherence to milestones (12-week GO/NO-GO, labor scheduling, pre-walks, post-project close-out).
• Bridge gaps between construction timelines, reset teams, and store readiness.
