Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr Specialist Retail Operations to lead complex remodel projects across divisions and ensure execution quality. You will drive day-by-day planning, labor sequencing, and cross-functional coordination in a national role with travel across multiple markets.

You'll mentor Remodel Coordinators, report KPIs to leadership, and shape standardized practices while partnering with store leaders to protect shopper experience and store readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6-8 years in retail remodel/reset execution or field retail operations.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard retail reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-by-day planning, labor sequencing, and stakeholder coordination for complex remodel projects.
• Manage 12-week GO/NO-GO, labor scheduling, and pre-walks to protect execution quality at scale.
• Bridge coordination gaps between construction timelines, reset teams, and store readiness on high-complexity remodel projects.
• Provide direct coaching and best-practice guidance to division-based Remodel Coordinators.
• Serve as a national feedback channel to leadership, identifying cross-divisional inefficiencies and scaling standardized practices.
• Track and report on national KPIs tied to productivity, execution adherence, and disruption reduction.
• Support bench development and succession planning by identifying high-potential field leaders.
