Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day planning, labor sequencing, and stakeholder coordination for gondola resets and store-flow projects.
Maintain project cadence from GO/NO-GO through labor scheduling and close-out.
Bridge gaps between timelines, reset teams, and store readiness.
Coach division-based Remodel Coordinators and provide embedded training.
Serve as national voice to leadership with field insights and scalable best practices.
Track national KPIs on productivity, adherence, and disruption reduction.
Support bench development and succession planning for field leaders.
