SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr Specialist Retail Operations to lead complex national remodel projects.

You will drive day-by-day planning, labor sequencing, and stakeholder coordination across multiple divisions while ensuring milestones from GO/NO-GO through post-project close-out are met. You will mentor Remodel Coordinators, act as the national voice for field insights, and track KPIs on productivity, adherence, and disruption reduction.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in retail remodel/reset execution or field retail operations.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Able to mentor and coach division-based coordinators.

Responsabilités

• Enter peak remodel divisions and manage day-by-day planning, labor sequencing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure milestones and pre-/post-project steps are met to protect execution quality at scale.
• Bridge gaps between construction timelines, reset teams, and store readiness while coaching teams.
