Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr Specialist Retail Operations to drive nationwide remodel projects as a hands-on leader. You’ll plan, sequence labor, and coordinate with field teams and leadership to ensure seamless execution across divisions.

You’ll coach Remodel Coordinators, manage milestones, and report on KPIs while traveling to multiple markets. Exceptional organization and an ability to adapt to diverse store environments are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
6-8 years in retail remodel/reset execution or field retail operations.
Willingness to travel.
Proficiency with Excel and standard retail reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Enter and manage day-by-day planning, labor sequencing, and stakeholder coordination for complex remodels across divisions.
Maintain project timelines from GO/NO-GO through labor scheduling and pre-walks to post-project close-out.
Close gaps between construction timelines, reset crews, and store readiness to prevent delays.
Coach and develop division-based Remodel Coordinators with hands-on training during hiring or backfill.
Serve as the national voice to leadership, sharing field insights and scalable best practices.
Track KPIs on productivity, execution adherence, and disruption reduction across divisions.
Support bench development and succession planning for field leaders.
