Turner & Townsend in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in support of the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have prior owner’s representative experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.

You will coordinate client stakeholders, design teams, and general contractors, develop schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure governance and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Prior PM experience in retail construction strongly preferred.
• Minimum 6 years relevant PM experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage all project stakeholders including the client’s internal stakeholder groups, architects, engineers, and General Contractors.
• Manage design team and GC procurement processes, including bid documents, pre-bid RFIs and bid leveling.
• Produce a detailed project schedule with critical path activities and monitor progress to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are used with TT best practices on all projects.
• Produce formal status reports and maintain trackers (permits, inspections etc).
• Oversee multiple construction projects, managing time, cost and quality.
