Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in support of the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have owner’s representative experience on large‑scale commercial construction, coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors.

The role requires building schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring governance and best practices across multiple projects. On-site presence may be required; base salary ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 with potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or other applicable degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Retail construction PM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction PM tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Korean language proficiency and/or experience with Korean clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project stakeholders including client internal teams, architects, engineers and General Contractors.
• Oversee design and General Contractor procurement processes and bid activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with critical path focus.
• Ensure governance, processes and TT best practices are applied across projects.
• Prepare monthly status reports and other project trackers (permits, inspections).
• Oversee multiple projects, managing time, cost and quality.
• Monitor budgets and validate client-provided budgets.
• Review designs for constructibility and compliance with client standards.
• Communicate project information across all team members and document actions.
• Identify and resolve issues in both design and construction phases.
