Job summary

Action Corporations is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership across multi-site retail rollout projects, facilities maintenance programs and related commercial services. You will oversee project teams, manage client relationships and ensure scalable operations to support growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading a department or portfolio of programs, with strong communication skills and the ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on problem

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in PM, program mgmt, operations, facilities services or commercial construction.
• Proven experience leading a department, program, portfolio or PM team.
• Multi-site retail rollout and facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong communication with corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
• Vendor onboarding, training and management experience.
• Ability to travel based on client/program requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple concurrent rollout, facilities maintenance and commercial improvement programs.
• Provide direction, structure and accountability to project management and operational teams.
• Establish priorities, workflows, reporting expectations and execution standards.
• Coach and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and operational team members.
• Review department capacity, workload, performance and readiness for upcoming programs.
• Build scalable processes, procedures, templates and operating routines.
• Lead multi-site rollout programs from initial scope through field execution and closeout.
• Support facilities maintenance programs involving work orders, service levels, dispatching and vendor coordination.
• Provide operational guidance for refreshes, remodels, janitorial services and small repairs.
• Review scope and identify risks in execution, scheduling and costs.
• Participate in test installations, site assessments and program launches.
• Serve as a senior client-facing contact for key accounts and major programs.
• Lead client meetings, project reviews, escalations and solution discussions.
• Communicate project performance, risks, corrective actions and next steps clearly.
• Strengthen client confidence through responsiveness and knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
