Tailored Brands, Inc. leads a national multi-store refresh program and seeks a Sr. Program Manager – Retail Construction.

You will plan and execute rollout strategies across an active store portfolio, managing schedules, budgets, consultants, and contractors while minimizing disruption to store operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in retail/construction programs, with strong PM tooling skills and ability to coordinate with architects, brand teams, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing retail or commercial construction or facilities projects.
• Proven experience delivering multi-site retail rollouts or refresh programs.
• Familiarity with national rollouts and standardized design packages.
• Experience with occupied renovations and fast-track schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of a national or regional retail store refresh rollout.
• Manage master program schedules, store timelines, and portfolio progress.
• Develop and manage program budgets, including capital tracking and reporting.
• Review estimates, bids, change orders, and pay applications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and brand teams for updates and revisions.
• Manage general contractors, millwork and fixture suppliers, and trades.
• Lead project kickoffs, weekly calls, and site coordination meetings.
• Partner with store ops, facilities, and loss prevention to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate off-hour work, phased closures, and turnover schedules.
• Oversee permitting, inspections, and safety compliance.
