Job summary

POP MART in Culver City, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Operations to lead the North America field operations and scale the retail fleet. You will mentor Store Managers and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure brand standards and operational excellence.

You will oversee NSO planning, payroll oversight, compliance, and data-driven reporting while partnering with Real Estate, HR, Marketing, Finance, and IT to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven success leading operations teams in a fast-scaling retail environment.
• Deep understanding of retail operations including NSO, payroll, compliance, merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Operations team, setting priorities and accountability.
• Oversee NSO planning/execution and store operations across locations.
• Manage payroll, headcount planning and hiring strategy within budgets.
• Own reporting, data creation, and executive-level updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, HR, Marketing, Finance, IT.
