Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Senior Manager for the New Stream Media team to lead client strategy, growth opportunities, and campaign governance. You will manage cross-functional workstreams, partner with suppliers and Retail partners, and drive delivery of high‑quality campaigns in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong leadership, marketing analytics, and proven ability to translate client priorities into scalable strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
4+ years of digital performance marketing experience in eCommerce, retail media, search, programmatic, or related area.
2+ years leading retail media or eCommerce programs.
Experience with retail media platforms, DSPs, search platforms, or related ad tech.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Experience creating campaign recaps, performance reports, and optimization recommendations.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; large datasets handling.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic account lead across assigned accounts and develop growth opportunities.
Own account and campaign workstreams with timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordinate across suppliers, retailers, vendors, Sales, Planning, Analytics, Activation, and Account Management teams.
Lead day-to-day campaign execution across setup, QA, launch readiness, pacing, and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and develop optimization recommendations.
Troubleshoot client, supplier, and campaign issues and drive timely resolution.
Contribute to process improvements, training materials, and best practice documentation.
Guide junior team members and reinforce consistent ways of working.
Support ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
