Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in retail media or related fields.
• 3+ years of leading client relationships.

• Deep experience with Search and Display retail media activation and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of major retail networks (Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Instacart, Roundel, Kroger).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Search and Display retail media strategy across networks.
• Own annual, quarterly, and tentpole retail media planning.
• Translate business goals into investment recommendations and activation plans.
• Partner with retailers to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
• Oversee campaign performance and budget stewardship.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
