Job summary

Jellyfish is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media to lead campaign strategy, activation, and performance across multiple retail networks for a major household brand. You will own a multi-retailer portfolio including Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Criteo, guiding budget pacing and cross-retailer insights.

You will manage end-to-end platform ownership, lead a client-facing program, and mentor Associates, with a focus on operating rigor and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail media or commerce media with hands-on platform ownership.
• Experience across Walmart Connect and/or Target Roundel is a strong plus.
• Broader retail media exposure (e.g., Amazon Ads, Instacart, Kroger) is valued.
• Strong budget management: pacing, caps, flighting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Proven experience leading client-facing performance readouts and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-retailer platform ownership across Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Criteo for Lowe's, Costco, and Best Buy.
• Translate retailer results into a coherent portfolio narrative with budget recommendations.
• Lead the operating rhythm with clients, presenting performance and recommendations weekly and monthly.
• Own pacing, spend caps, flight dates, and billing reconciliation across platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailer partner teams to unlock support and resolve issues.
• Manage and develop Associates and Senior Associates; coach on platform craft and communication.
• Document campaign structures, naming conventions, QA checklists, and optimization cadences to institutionalize processes.
• Contribute to annual and quarterly planning, launch support plans, and test-and-learn roadmaps.
