Job summary

Jellyfish is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media in the United States to lead strategy, activation, and performance across major retail networks. You will own cross-retailer campaigns end-to-end for high-visibility brands, guiding budgets and cross-functional teams.

This senior role requires hands-on, client-facing leadership with autonomy and a strong focus on budget governance, optimization, and strategic storytelling for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail media with hands-on platform ownership.
• Deep experience in Walmart Connect and/or Target Roundel (TPA/self-service).
• Experience across two or more networks such as Amazon Ads, Instacart, Kroger PM, CitrusAd, or Home Depot's Orange Apron Media.
• Strong command of budget management fundamentals: pacing, caps, flighting, invoice reconciliation, and spend or billing discrepancy resolution.
• Proven experience owning client-facing communication: leading performance readouts and managing expectations under scrutiny.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead operating rhythm across platforms.
• Self-direction at a senior level with end-to-end platform ownership and clear plan execution.
• Exceptional organizational command across campaigns, budgets, timelines, and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-retailer platform architecture, strategy, and pacing across Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Criteo.
• Translate retailer results into a portfolio narrative with budgets and incrementality.
• Lead client meetings, present performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage pacing, flighting, and billing reconciliation; escalate discrepancies and coordinate credits.
• Build durable retailer partnerships to unlock betas and resolve issues quickly.
• Develop and mentor Associates and Senior Associates; set priorities and provide feedback.
• Document processes, naming conventions, QA checklists, and ensure scalable operations.
• Contribute to annual/quarterly planning and test-and-learn roadmaps with account leadership.
