Job summary

Flywheel is seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead media initiatives in the retail media landscape. Develop and implement media strategies, optimize campaigns, and align with client business goals—driving data-driven decisions and proven success in ecommerce media management.

Responsibilities include leading client engagements, budgeting, campaign optimization, reporting, and team development. Strong analytical and Excel skills, plus experience in digital retail, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of account management experience.
• Experience in Digital Retail / Retail Media and Ecommerce media management.
• Strong analytics skills with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; able to influence with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
• Plan budgets and deliver campaigns according to KPIs.
• Provide guidance on optimizations and bid strategy.
• Oversee reporting, analytics and performance insights for retail media campaigns.
• Lead recurring client calls and develop account teams.
