Kepler Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Specialist, Retail Media Strategy & Activation to translate client goals into sophisticated, commerce-driven media blueprints. You will guide campaigns from ideation through optimization, partnering with clients across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and emerging platforms.

The role emphasizes strategic trader mindset, hands-on activation, and deep data-driven insights.

Qualificações

1–3+ years in digital media optimization, focusing on RMNs or performance e-commerce.
Hands-on activation of retail media through platforms like Criteo, Walmart Connect or Roundel.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate data into strategic narratives.

Responsabilidades

Map brand goals to advanced retail media activation strategies across Walmart Connect, Roundel, and others.
Lead end-to-end execution of complex retail media campaigns with integrated placements.
Own activation, pacing, and optimization within retail networks, focusing on Criteo.
Analyze sales data, ROAS, and on-shelf metrics to uncover insights for LTV.
Develop and execute robust A/B testing for bidding and creative formats.
