Wayfair is seeking an Associate Director, Retail (Store) Marketing to shape the direction of physical retail marketing. You will translate company priorities into objectives, lead the strategy across the customer journey from new store openings to in-store experiences, and measure outcomes with cross‑functional partners.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will build a high-impact team, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives that connect awareness, traffic, and business performance

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in retail marketing and omnichannel campaigns.
• Proven ability to set strategy and drive results through teams.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Physical retail new store openings or fleet expansion experience preferred.
• 12+ years of experience.

• Set and translate retail marketing objectives into annual plans.
• Own the retail marketing strategy spanning awareness, traffic, and experience.
• Define success metrics, standards, and accountability.
• Build scalable launch and sustain models for new stores.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Ops, Creative.
• Guide testing and channel investment to optimize performance.
• Build and develop the retail marketing team and capabilities.
