Wayfair is seeking a Senior Associate of Community Marketing for our large format stores in Columbus. Based in-store, you will lead local engagement and activation, partnering with the Home Office Store Marketing team in Boston to create meaningful connections that bring customers into the store.

You will own the community marketing roadmap, plan in-store events, and manage social media and local listings, ensuring accurate store hours and event details across Google, Yelp, Bing, and store

Qualifications

• Experience developing community marketing strategies, forecasting impact, and presenting results.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Build the Community Marketing Strategy with Home Office to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
• Lead local social media and digital presence across platforms (Google, Yelp, Bing, store pages).
• Plan and execute in-store programming and events with field leaders.
• Drive community engagement and partnerships with local organizations and chambers of commerce.
• Support budgets, reporting, and forecasting for in-store marketing activities.
• Measure results, capture learnings, and provide strategic recommendations for future events.
• Operate as One Team by supporting other store functions as needed.
