Job summary

Brixmor is seeking a Senior Leasing Representative to manage a portfolio of retail properties with the Vice President, Leasing. You will source tenants, negotiate lease parameters, analyze leases, and close lease transactions across the region.

The role emphasizes building market-wide tenant, broker, and ownership relationships, performing market surveys and cold calls, sending marketing packages, and travel throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are essential.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal direction in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Proficient in financial calculations (ROI, NPV) and market analysis.
• Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source new tenants, negotiate lease parameters, analyze leases and close lease transactions.
• Negotiate and complete lease renewals and coordinate with corporate office for legal/environmental issues.
• Establish tenant and industry relationships and perform market surveys.
• Canvass and cold call potential tenants; develop and send marketing materials.
